🚤 General Marina Policies
- Check-In
- All new dockage guests must check in with marina staff upon arrival.
- Dock Assignments:
- Do not switch or occupy any slip without prior approval from marina staff.
- All vessels must display current registration and insurance documentation if requested.
- Noise & Conduct:
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Loud music, disruptive behavior, or intoxication that disturbs others will not be tolerated.
- Respect fellow boaters and marina staff at all times.
- Children & Pets:
- Children under 12 must be supervised and wear life jackets near the docks.
- Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after. Aggressive animals are not allowed.
- Parking:
- Use designated parking areas only.
- Do not block other vehicles, boat ramps, or walkways.
- Guest Responsibility:
- You are responsible for the behavior, safety, and conduct of your guests and crew.
⚠️ Dock & Safety Rules
- Dock Etiquette:
- No running, diving, or horseplay on the docks.
- Do not store personal items, grills, or furniture on the dock without permission.
- Dock lines and power cords must be neatly stowed to prevent tripping hazards.
- Power & Water:
- Use only grounded marine-grade power cords.
- Disconnect shore power when not in use. Report any faulty outlets immediately.
- Fueling:
- No fueling at the dock unless authorized.
- Use the designated fueling area and follow all safety protocols.
- Open Flames:
- No open flames, fire pits, or grilling on the docks.
- Grilling is permitted in designated areas only.
- Swimming:
- No swimming, jumping, or diving from the docks at any time.
- Emergencies:
- In case of fire, injury, or other emergencies, call 911 and notify marina staff immediately.
🌿 Environmental Practices
- No Discharge Zone:
- Discharging sewage or waste into the water is strictly prohibited.
- Trash & Recycling:
- Dispose of all trash in designated containers.
- Please recycle plastic, aluminum, and glass where bins are provided.
- Oil, Fuel, and Bilge Water:
- Spills must be reported immediately.
- Do not discharge oil, fuel, or contaminated bilge water into the marina.
- Cleaning Your Boat:
- Use only biodegradable, non-toxic cleaners when washing your vessel.
- Do not scrub bottom paint while docked.
- Protect Our Waters:
- Avoid dumping fish remains or food waste into the water.
- Please report any environmental violations or suspicious activity.
🔐 Enforcement & Termination
- Violations of these rules may result in revocation of docking privileges without refund.
- Marina staff reserves the right to refuse service or terminate access to any guest for unsafe, disrespectful, or non-compliant behavior.
